1. Collect relevant competitive information and user needs, and be responsible for the formulation of product Market Research plan;
2. Assist Director to formulate new product concept, efficacy and cost control according to the trend of cosmetic/skin care market.
3. Understand consumer demand for cosmetics, formulate scientific product development plan according to user characteristics and market hotspots, complete product line planning and new product development of cosmetics/skin care;
4. Be responsible for following up the development of new products, planning the listing of new products and upgrading of existing products;
5. Assist the manager to complete the test experiment of competitive products, pay close attention to the production and processing process, and ensure that the product quality meets the pre-set standards;
6. Assist in product sales promotion, product publicity and brand building.
Over 1 or 3 years experience in cosmetic product development and promotion;
2. Skilled in listening, speaking, reading and writing at Japanese level
3. Familiar with the whole process of product development and have experience in brand development and management.
4. Strong ability of activity planning and product promotion;
5. Strong analytical and judgment skills, team building and management experience;
6. Have a keen insight and grasp of the cosmetics market.
